Constructs Available

A number of selectable marker and reporter gene combinations have been incorporated into the BRACT project vectors. These vectors are based on pGreen and are GatewayTM compatible.

  • There is a set of basic vectors which can be used to determine the efficiency of new transformation techniques and transformation of new species.

  • Overexpression, antisense and silencing constructs have been developed for gene expression studies. These vectors are designed so that any gene of interest can easily be introduced.
